As a Church Body

We are committed to loving God, loving people and making disciples of Jesus Christ.

What We Believe

We Believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles,
in His atoning death through His shed blood as our substitute, in His bodily resurrection, in His
ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for the salvation of lost and sinful
people.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells the believer, imparts spiritual gifts,
and enables the believer to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead upon Christ’s return to judge all people. The lost will be
banished to hell’s eternal punishment. The saved will dwell forever in Heaven with the Lord Jesus
Christ.
We believe in the spiritual unity of all true believers, the church.
We believe that baptism by immersion is a symbol of a believer’s faith in the death and resurrection
of Jesus Christ, and also represents new life given by the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Lord’s Supper is a proclamation of our faith in Jesus Christ, who came to the
earth in human form, offered His body in our place and shed His blood to cover our sins.
